Το πρώτο παιχνίδι για το ArcGIS είναι εδώ! Η Data East LLC, που εδρεύει στο Novosibirsk της Ρωσίας και αναπτύσσει εφαρμογές πάνω σε GIS λογισμικά, όπως το γνωστό XTools, ανακοίνωσε το πρώτο παιχνίδι με μορφή extension. Το παιχνίδι ονομάζεται Fifteen Puzzle και κυκλοφορεί η έκδοση 1.0.
Όσοι θέλουν να ξεφύγουν από την εργασία τους, να κάνουν ένα διάλειμμα, χωρίς να γίνουν αντιληπτοί από το εργασιακό τους περιβάλλον, μπορούν τώρα να εγκαταστήσουν την εφαρμογή και να παίξουν σε περιβάλλον ArcGIS.
Για τους λουφαδόρους(!) και μη, που χρειάζονται λίγη ξεκούραση, μπορούν να βρουν την εφαρμογή εδώ.
Δεν απαιτείται κάποια περίπλοκη εγκατάσταση, απλά ανοίξτε το exe αρχείο που θα βρείτε και ακολουθείστε τον οδηγό εγκατάστασης.

Fifteen Puzzle is a way to relax for a coffee break right inside ArcGIS. Your map is cut into fifteen tiles that are randomly shuffled – and you can start finding the quickest and most efficient way to put it back together. You can make the challenge tougher if you turn off the numbers shown on the puzzle tiles and check your knowledge of the map that you work with.
High-score table keeps track of your own successes, so you can improve your ArcGIS skills in yet another way!
